Refund Policy

At Makeacute, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at makeacute@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Final-sale items are not eligible for return.
