At Makeacute, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Final sale items, gift cards, and intimate goods are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

We recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original piece for a refund, as this is often the fastest way to get what you need.
